When Silk launched it's new Soy Milk and Iced Latte, we knew their fans would have something to say about it. So we flipped the conversation on its head, turning typical consumer reviews into a challenge for taste-description supremacy. First we gave them tips on how to get started. Then we chose our favorites and brought them to life in a real time content lab.

 
 
 
 
 

The campaign tripled fan interaction with the brand while trumping all previous social efforts. In fact, it was so popular that Silk decided to extend the campaign into an ongoing program across all their social channels.
